If you would like to submit a Maintenance Request, please click Maintenance Request to access the Online Owner Access portal.  You may also submit the request to info@communitymsi.com.  Please include your name, address, association, nature and details of service needed and your contact information (phone number and email) so that we may contact you if we have any questions.

If you would like to submit an Architectural Request, please be sure to fill out your Architectural Request Form first and submit to the contact person on the form or submit to info@communitymsi.com.  You may obtain your Architectural Request form from your Association Web Portal.  When you submit your request, please be sure to include any drawings you may have along with all materials, colors, etc., with your request to help the process go faster.  If the application does not have all the required information, it will be returned to you as incomplete; it will not be considered received until all items necessary are submitted and complete. 

If you would like to report a violation for your community, please send your report to info@communitymsi.com.  Please include the following when reporting a violation in order for us to better serve you:
  • Association Name
  • Address of the Violation
  • Nature of the Violation
  • Details of the Violation
  • Your name
  • Your phone number (so we can contact you if we have a question)
  • Your address
  • Your email address
  • Include picture(s) if possible
